I’m a temporary bachelor while Sweet Baby G is in California on a family emergency… and that means making due with whatever I can find around the house.
Tonight’s “creation” is bagel bruschetta – leftover homemade bagels (found stashed in the freezer) topped with completely out-of-season chopped tomatoes and bits of garlic. Pretty tasty!
