K & N are getting darned close to kicking off their 2018 Vespa Tour. Tonight we’ll be dry running Pizza Night, but we needed something at lunch time to hold us over.
Sweet Baby G solved the problem by whipping up a *fantastic* frittata (maybe the best I’ve ever had) which we enjoyed with our 2017 pecorino (tasty). Then “the kids” made delicious affogati – gelato drizzled with espresso and topped with grated chocolate – for dolce. Absolutely amazing!
