Sweet Baby G is taking full advantage of the delicious winter vegetables that are available down the road from Stefano & Lidia’s farm. This lunch featured a savoy cabbage salad with roasted crunchy farro and grated parm, roasted fennel and leeks, and double cooked roasted potatoes.
INCREDIBLE, and everything was grown within about a mile of Tutto Doppio!
